Terms and Conditions for “Win a Holiday with Your Pet” campaign Terms & Conditions – Win a Holiday with Your Pet! 

1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Responsible Pet Breeders Australia (RPBA), ABN 74 656 209 086, located in New South Wales, Australia.
2. Competition Period The competition opens on 14 February 2025 and closes 11.59pm on 23 December 2025 at 8:00 PM AEDT. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Participants must be a Full RPBA Member as of 23 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT to qualify. Employees of RPBA, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible.
4. How to Enter Each Full RPBA Member automatically receives one entry into the competition. Members will receive one additional entry if they: Create a mini breeder website through RPBA, or Refer a new member who signs up as a Full RPBA Member before the competition closes. You must notify [email protected] with the full name and contact information of the referred member, within 7 days of the member becoming a Full RPBA member. Entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
5. Prize Details The prize includes: One-night stay for two people and their pet in a luxury 5 star pet-friendly retreat Transfers to and from the accommodation or valet parking One gift hamper for the winner’s dog Breakfast for two The total prize value is approximately $1,000- $2,000 AUD.
6. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be drawn at random on 24 December 2025 at 9am AEDT in New South Wales. The draw will take place in Sydney, NSW. The winner will be notified via email and phone within 12 hours of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on www.responsiblepetbreeders.com.au and RPBA’s official social media pages. 
7. Prize Conditions The prize must be redeemed within a 24 month period. The accommodation is subject to availability and select blackout dates will apply. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the winner cannot accept the prize, RPBA reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
8. Liability & Indemnity RPBA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. RPBA accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the prize inclusions.
9. Privacy By entering, participants consent to RPBA collecting and using their personal information, and any images of the prize for competition and marketing purposes. The winner acknowledges that they will provide photos of the prize which RPBA can use for promotional purposes. RPBA will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. General RPBA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. For further information, please contact [email protected].
