Breeder With RPBA

accepts both purebred and crossbreed dog 1

RPBA is an Australian Breeding Organisation that accepts both purebred and crossbreed dog breeders. Our Beginner Breeder Guide is designed to help you with all the steps involved in how to become a registered breeder with RPBA.

The process of breeding is a wonderful and amazing experience, however many first time breeders can feel very overwhelmed during the process. Our beginner breeder guide will take you through the whole process, from choosing the right breeding female to sending your puppies and kittens
off to their new homes.

RPBA was founded in 2018 on the principle that all dog and cat breeders and owners should have a platform to share their voice and ensure the well being of cats and dogs, to be treated ethically, with love and care, regardless of whether they are purebred or not.

Once you have applied to become a registered breeder with RPBA, you will have access to templates and resources to help you with all aspects of dog breeding. RPBA’s ultimate whelping checklist will help you to make sure you have everything ready in preparation for your upcoming litter.

RPBA has templates available to help monitor your female’s temperature in the lead up to labour, weight charts to track your puppies growth, health care records to keep track of all vaccinations and flea and worming treatments and much more as your litter grows. Once they are ready for their new homes there are sale and health agreements available, desexing contracts and a socialisation challenge for the new owners.

After you’ve become a registered breeder with RPBA, you will also have access to dog pet discounts, ad upgrades with Petsforhomes, pet insurance benefits, and vet endorsed resources to help you with your breeding journey and all the litters you have. RPBA Full Members have access to Orivet DNA Discounts and an exclusive group for Full Members to interact in.

Being an RPBA Registered Breeder will help potential buyers know that you are an ethical and caring breeder who raises healthy and happy animals. Our Verified Breeder Tool will also allow potential buyers to verify you as a registered breeder with RPBA and help give them peace of mind when choosing their new furry family member.
