We are extremely proud to announce that the VIC Government has recognised Responsible Pet Breeders Australia (RPBA) as a Government approved applicable organisation. As an applicable organisation, RPBA members residing in VIC receive reduced local council animal registration fees, and their animals are exempt from local council desexing orders. In addition to this, breeding members (termed recreational breeders) receive exemptions from domestic animal business requirements under the DA Act.
